About

Hi, I'm Lucas.

Founder of LJR Coaching. Sport has always been a huge part of my life. From a young age I competed in football and cricket, proudly representing my country in both. Those experiences taught me discipline, commitment, teamwork and the drive to become the best version of yourself.

Over time I developed a passion for running and endurance performance, learning exactly what it takes to build speed, stamina and resilience safely and effectively.

I've been training in the gym since I was 16, and fitness has become much more than a hobby. It's a way of life. I've developed a genuine passion for helping others improve their physical health, confidence and mindset.

No matter where you're starting from, I'll be there to guide and support you every step of the way.
